President Lincoln finally came to understand that if the Union was to survive, it must do so within the authority of the Declaration of Independence which would appease or turn back the anger of GOD, the Central Figure thereof, from destroying it. This was the crux of his Second Inaugural Address, saying…

• “One-eighth of the whole population were colored slaves, not distributed generally over the Union, but localized in the southern part of it.
• These slaves constituted a peculiar and powerful interest. All knew that this interest was somehow the cause of the war.”

In fact, some historians consider the Emancipation Proclamation to be either the Second Declaration of Independence or the Part II of the same, as it rectified the hypocritical practice of professing “All men are created equal”, yet, this new “nation of immigrants” was holding human beings a living property (animal live stock), and claiming “inalienable rights” from England, while denying their fellows of them.

This is what the greatest civilian citizens means when he says, “…for many of our white brothers…have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.”

Enter The Ironic, Mister Patriot

Herein lays the ironic essence of Mister Patriot, which causes all Americans to be initially shocked with either patriotic inspiration and gratitude, or anger and ridicule, that a descendant of the chattel slaves and a last generation Jim Crow survivor, would have the audacity or foolishness to personify the US federal government icon of the Uncle Sam legacy.

Indeed, there are, and will be the few who view this particular, unique personification of the United States federal government as twisted mockery, foolish ridicule or even cause madness.

However, the majority of the American peoples will find it a pleasantness of irony, which actually has basis in historical fact and federal legislation.

From the beginnings of this nation of immigrants and chattel slaves, all the iconic symbols of patriotism and Americana have been images of American who are of immigration heritage, ranging from * Brother Jonathan to Uncle Sam in its evolutions.

Even the imagery of Columbia, reflects the same heritage of immigrants in their physical features.

Now, for the first time in US history, a non-immigrant is assuming the serious, real and living role of Uncle Sam in the personification of Mister Patriot.

Concomitantly, while the Uncle Sam of tradition was/is a cartoon figure, Mister Patriot is an actual, living human being, but happens to be a descendant of the chattel slaves, etc, thereby making it the first “Black Uncle Sam” who is now an actual living person.

Once again, the fate-destiny of the United States, i.e., Uncle Sam, the federal government, is in question even as it was 150 years ago during its so-called Civil War which became the War to End Slavery by President Abraham Lincoln’s 1863 Executive Ordered, Emancipation Proclamation for the special Americans who were the living, human property of they whom were of willful-immigration heritage.

• The Emancipation Proclamation was not only the official announcement (from *GOD) of liberation of the chattel slaves, but also and perhaps, more important was that it finally began the process of liberating t he Union from the greatest imperfection that it was conceived and born with.

“…know that the Most High rules in the kingdoms of men (governments), and gives it to whomsoever HE will and sets up over it, the basest of men.”

• Lincoln must have understood that as long as the new nation was constricted by the chains that it had on the human beings whom were unwillingly within its spiritually immoral, therefore illegal grasps-jurisdiction, the United States would never achieve its full, divinely appointed and intended destiny as a blessings to the nations of the world, but rather “perish from the earth.”

It was in the midst (1862) of the horrific Union-threatening *conflict between the Americans of immigrant heritage that President Abraham Lincoln came to recognize the true, underlying cause of the war, which was the shameful reality that Uncle Sam, i.e., US-United States was now too practicing the peculiar institution of chattel slavery which was inherited from the English Crown of the British Empire on July 4th, 1776.

• “conflict” – which initially was waged over differences in the interpretations of Constitutional authority between state and federal governments

Based on the high platitudes of moral justice within the Declaration of Independence, Lincoln came to understand that in order for his generation of We the People to save and continue perfecting the Union as charged to their posterity by the founding fathers, an drastic action was needed that would appease the wrath of GOD, the Central Figure of the new nation’s initial, First Legal Document or legislation.

Lincoln also realized that the Creator of “all men equal”, dwelling over the new nation in the Heavenly Courts, being seated upon HIS Throne as Judge of all the world, was highly disturbed by the blatant hypocrisy displayed by We the People, whom were in the Name of GOD, flaunting before HIS Holy Being and Character, their ideals of certain inalienable rights, among them, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, etc.

Seated at center point of contact where GOD directly confronts whoever sits at the head of the US federal government as HE does in others, the confronted and shaken President Abraham Lincoln came to know as well as understand the following:

• that HE was/and continues to require more of the Americans than other nations, as they were granted extraordinary knowledge and power, even exceptionally above all others of the time…Annuit Ceptus – “HE has favored our undertaking”
• and the war was a deadly means of exacting judgment upon a nation rebelling against HIS Natural Laws of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Therefore, reckoning that in order to rectify and cease the Union-damning rebellion, as sole leader of a nation in need of a strong, but moral king, Lincoln of his own volition without consent from his Cabinet, or Congress, issued the sacred Emancipation Proclamation, Presidential Executive Order.

It is believed by most scholars, that the Proclamation is either the Second Declaration of Independence, or Part II of the same, whereby the Union was finally set on the right course for justice even according to its own words and dictates.  See The Battle Hymn of the Republic

What The Judge saw, heard, read from what one man, the authorized governmental official offered up to HIM as acknowledgement of wrong, and being granted atonement for redemption by liberating HIS children being held in chattel slavery.

Such understanding and action by Lincoln and thank a thank and sacrificial offering by which he had to hurt the nation to its soul in order to save the Union.

By the Executive Ordered, January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation as the way to save the Union, Lincoln made peace with GOD concerning HIS disdain of chattel slavery and its assured aftermath of generational devastation.

As then, today the United States, i.e., Uncle Sam’s very life is in danger, even more so than it was 150 years ago.

Subsequently, Uncle Sam, the United States must once again address itself to the Plight of GOD concerning:

• the 225 years of generations-destroying chattel slavery;
• 99 years of racist legislation (Jim Crowism) which immediately followed the war until 1964;
• followed by another 48 years of failed government social policies and programs designed to rectify the inherited effects of the first two calamities previously befallen upon the descendant children of the chattel slaves;
• and now facing ethno-racial cleansing and genocide due a massive stealth, non-militaristic invasion of the United States by citizens of foreign countries since 1965 and the fueled by the 1986 Republican President, Ronald Wilson Reagan Amnesty for illegal aliens

The Americans from which Mister Patriot is derived are the heart and soul of We the People, and indeed the mysterious “national treasure” of what the United States represents as the geo-political entity that will bring forth the America of the founding fathers’ dream and wishes for all the world to benefit.

Our beloved country is to be a blessing for other nations, even as GOD, the Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence has already done for the United States.

This fact is demonstrated and upheld by the cause of the Civil War, which is the conflict between immigrant heritage Americans, whereby more lives were taken in a mere 5 years than all the combined wars of by the United States.

The dead of the war to end slavery, not counting the millions of wounded, numbers circa 740, 000,  primarily young, “white citizens” men and boys, along with circa 38,000 of escaped chattel slaves and *Freemen.

• “Freemen” – Are Americans of African origins who were not chattel, nor escaped slaves, but were either born free of those whom escaped the institution, or of the tradition of indentured – voluntary servitude as other willing-immigrants.  Comparative to the chattel slaves, Freemen were few in number.

• They were included in the gurantees of the 1866 Civil Act, granted them citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens” as well.

As Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Abraham Lincoln noted that the conflict of 1861-1865 was about chattel slavery, as that matter was the central cause for the Union to be a “house divided against itself”; and that ending it, the United States would not perish after all.

The Contemporary, Unorthodox Uncle Sam

This nuance American character, known as Mister Patriot, emanates from and inherits the long legacy of the iconic Uncle Sam figure that has origins dating back to and beyond United States Revolution of 1776.

Unlike the orthodox, traditional Uncle Sam whose physical features were those of the English speaking, European-Caucasians (“white”), Mister Patriot is unorthodox as it appears as the very opposite as an African-Negroid (“black”- Colored).

The character of Uncle Sam ranks among the highest of America’s iconic symbols such as Miss or Lady Liberty, commonly dubbed the Statue of Liberty; along with the Bald Eagle, the Liberty Bell and of course, the red, white, blue, Old Glory or Stars and Strips flag.

Therefore, for a time such as this, by the will of We the People, and the will of GOD, being the personification of what is meant in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitutional 1866 Civil Rights Act, it is the mission of Mister Patriot to inspire and timulate that “Yankee-inginuity”, American spirit/attitude that this great “nation of immigrants and chattel slaves” is known for.

 The traditional Uncle Sam, evolved from the ancient, Brother Jonathan character of early New England, which morphed into the Lincoln-like image of the US Civil War, and later, the familiar figure known today as the finger pointing, white haired-beard, Anglo-Euro-English image popularized on WWI and WWII posters.

It appears that the Uncle Sam image seems to rise in times of severe national security threats to raise up a standard against the enemies of the United States, whether its militarily or ideological.

The character originally known as “Uncle Sam’s Nephew”, but now Mr. Patriot, was created several years ago, circa 2003 as a “tool” to help rally all Americans to a patriotic fervor that will cause us to make E Pluribus Unum – (“Out of many one) the longed for reality in the United States of America.

As responsible We the People US citizens finally shoulder our Preamble “oath of office”, the Mercy and Grace of GOD, HaShem, Adonai, Elohim, the Central Figure in the Declaration of Independence, will Heal and allow us to utilize the “Yankee-ingenuity” that HE has granted us as HIS children.

This advent of Divine Providence will empower us to resolve nation-threatening calamities that are being visited upon the United States, such as: homelessness along with mistreatment of our US military Veterans are the two greatest threats of all; followed by divisive ethno-racial tensions and cultural wars, including those between nations, including religious polities; and revolutions as well as financial/economic unrest, etc

 Regardless of race (skin color and other features), ethnicity, political or religious-spiritual affiliations and associations as well as social-class status (including immigration – legal & undocumented), and age, Mr. Patriot appeals to all Americans, with the idea that when We the People will sing and work together in appreciation of this wonderful “nation of immigrants and chattel slave descendants) and therefore, eventually learn to know and trust each other.
