The
Once again, the fate-destiny of the

official announcement (from *GOD) of liberation of the chattel
slaves, but also and perhaps, more important was that it finally
began the process of liberating t he

- Lincoln must have understood that as long as
the new nation was constricted by the chains that it had on the
human beings whom were unwillingly within its spiritually immoral,
therefore illegal grasps-jurisdiction, the United States would never
achieve its full, divinely appointed and intended destiny as a
blessings to the nations of the world, but rather “perish from the
earth.”
It was in the midst (1862) of the horrific Union-threatening *conflict between the Americans of immigrant heritage that President Abraham Lincoln came to recognize the true, underlying cause of the war, which was the shameful reality that Uncle Sam, i.e., US-United States was now too practicing the peculiar institution of chattel slavery which was inherited from the English Crown of the British Empire on July 4th, 1776.

Based on the high platitudes of moral justice within the Declaration of Independence, Lincoln came to understand that in order for his generation of We the People to save and continue perfecting the Union as charged to their posterity by the founding fathers, an drastic action was needed that would appease the wrath of GOD, the Central Figure of the new nation's initial, First Legal Document or legislation.

Lincoln also realized that the Creator of "all men equal", dwelling over the new nation in the Heavenly Courts, being seated upon HIS Throne as Judge of all the world, was highly disturbed by the blatant hypocrisy displayed by We the People, whom were in the Name of GOD, flaunting before HIS Holy Being and Character, their ideals of certain inalienable rights, among them, life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, etc.

Therefore, reckoning that in order to rectify and cease the Union-damning rebellion, as sole leader of a nation in need of a strong, but moral king, Lincoln of his own volition without consent from his Cabinet, or Congress, issued the sacred Emancipation Proclamation, Presidential Executive Order.
It is believed by most scholars, that the
Proclamation is either the Second Declaration of Independence, or Part
II of the same, whereby the
What The Judge saw, heard, read from what one man, the authorized governmental official offered up to HIM as acknowledgement of wrong, and being granted atonement for redemption by liberating HIS children being held in chattel slavery.
